    CHALLENGE
Cloisters on Hay needed to find a solution to suit both the commercial offices, which consisted of wide open-plan spaces, and the smaller retail units. In addition, another key consideration was to ensure that the HVAC solution did not compromise the look or feel of the building.

    SOLUTION
The solution was a Multi V III system, because it allows for greater overall control and enables users to customise settings per zone – a feature that is ideally suited to a mixed-use building. Additionally, to help maintain architectural integrity and visual appeal of Cloisters on Hay, LG selected concealed ducted units.

    BENEFIT
The Cloisters on Hay team are pleased they now have a HVAC solution that provides controls with greater variation between separate zones, without the system detracting from the look of the building.
