Membership and Access to the Website
Membership to the Website is only open to LGEIL B2B partners such as distributors, system integrators/ builders, resellers and/or corporate resellers who are located in the India and who purchase LG Electronics B2B products (hereinafter referred to as "B2B Partner(s)"). LGEIL
You can register as a member of the Website by completing the registration pages and submitting your application through the Website. You are responsible for ensuring that all information that you provide is accurate and up to date at the time of submission. All applications will be subject to review and approval by LGEIL and such approval may be withheld by LGEIL in its sole and absolute discretion.
If LGEIL approves an application for membership, it shall provide each successful applicant B2B Partner with a user ID which shall be used to log into the Website. Each B2B Partner will be required to create a password for use of the Website. B2B Partners represent and warrant that they shall keep all user IDs and passwords secure and shall not disclose them to third parties. B2B Partners shall be responsible and liable for all use of its account whether authorized or unauthorized. B2B Partners may not use its user ID or password for any purpose connected with improper use of its account and shall ensure that any employees with access to same shall cease such use upon ceasing to be B2B Partner employees. If a B2B Partner user loses or suspects that its username and/or password may have been compromised then it must LGEIL immediately contact LGEIL.
We have the right to disable any user ID or user password, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Conditions.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all individual users who access our Website through your B2B Partner user ID are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our Website without notice. We reserve the right to alter, delete, adapt, take down or in any other way amend the whole or any part of this Website at any time and without notice. If you attempt to assign, transfer or subcontract your membership, LGEIL may immediately terminate your membership.

The Website, these Conditions and any disputes arsing therefore shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflicts of laws principles and you agree that any dispute or matter which arises between you and LGEIL will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal and State courts of New Jersey with venue for any action in Bergen County for claims brought in State Court or the Federal District Court in Newark, NJ for claims brought in Federal Court. If any part of these Conditions are found to be unenforceable, void, illegal or invalid the applicable part(s) shall be severed from this agreement and all the other provisions shall remain in force in full both as to force and effect.
